Historically, textile production has faced challenges, particularly concerning the rights of women and children. We are dedicated to changing that narrative. We see our supply chain as a partnership. Our goal is to ensure that the women and families who cultivate and craft our materials are part of a thriving, ethical ecosystem.
Our Specific Commitments:
• Empowering the Workforce: Many of our products are produced by single women working from home to support their families and children. We actively support our partner factories and independent artisans by providing resources, information, and tools. This ensures their working environments are safe, modern, and fully compliant with international labor standards, with a special focus on the health and safety of women and children.

We pledge to allocate a portion of our profits to directly to improving the quality of life of these artisans. This portion goes to funding education, to ensure children can remain in school, as well as providing needed health care for our artisans and their families.

Local Partnerships: We are working to partner with local non-profits and community organizations to facilitate the return to education for children who have dropped out. This includes supporting the establishment of community and eco-friendly schools, recognizing that education is the most powerful tool for breaking cycles of poverty and ensuring a sustainable future.
